Teggy and Ramy's Wedding

There is so much to say about Teggy and Ramy’s stunning August wedding and not enough room to fit it all! This couple was an absolute delight to work with, from the fun and outgoing bridal party to the sweet and loving parents. The day started out with the bride and groom getting ready separately. The talented Jen Evoy provided hair and makeup for Teggy and her bridesmaids and Ardenian Flowers provided the gorgeous bouquets.

Teggy And Ramy chose to have their wedding ceremony in the Conservatory at the beautiful Casa Loma in Toronto. With some greenery and surrounded by naturally lit windows, the conservatory made for a bright and naturally beautiful space to say their vows.

Once the Ceremony concluded, the talented Elizabeth Kaye took family photos in the conservatory followed by bride and groom photos and bridal party photos around the Casa Loma grounds.

The final stop was Atlantis Pavilions where the remaining bridal party photos took place and, of course, the reception. Elizabeth took the bridal party down to the water’s edge along the Lakeshore to snap some fun photos by the water.

Following the photos was the commencement of cocktail Hour with Teggy and Ramy receiving their guests and mingling while delicious hors d’oeuvres were served and drinks were poured.

It was finally time for the reception to begin. The reception hall was beautifully set up with a light and clean colour palette featuring whites, blushes and nudes. The head table and décor elements were designed and set up by the amazing Ardenian Flowers who we love working with.  Dalia’s Cake Shop provided the absolutely stunning cake that was displayed alongside the head table. The bridal party was announced and Teggy and Ramy took their entrance followed by their first dance to begin the celebration.

As the sun set through the floor to ceiling windows, which surround the room, guests enjoyed their meal while listening to the smooth sounds of a Bongo & B Jazz trio.

After some amazing food and heart-felt speeches, Teggy took to the dance floor with her father for the father/daughter dance. Teggy’s friends also surprised the couple and the crowd with a folk dance. After all was said and done, Bongo & B got the crowd on their feet with a bongo player to kick start a night of dancing.

It’s safe to say that Teggy and Ramy’s wedding was a day filled with laughs, memories and a whole lot of romance. All the amazing vendors truly helped to bring Teggy and Ramy’s dream wedding to life from the stunning flowers and décor to the up beat and lively entertainment making this definitely a day to remember.

Rachel and Michael's Wedding

Rachel and Michael’s wedding was absolutely stunning! From the beautiful city views at Palais Royale to the gorgeous lakefront, this wedding really extenuated what Toronto has to offer. Guests enjoyed cocktail hour by being serenaded on the large balcony with some elegant classical music while indulging in delicious hors d’oeuvres. After gazing at the breathtaking views of Toronto’s lakefront, guests entered the reception hall and were greeted with romantic lighting and eye-catching floral arrangements all throughout the space. As guests enjoyed their time, Rachel and Michael snuck out for a little while to take some absolutely gorgeous sunset photos, taken by the talented Assaf Friedman, on the boardwalk by the water. Every aspect of this wedding, ranging from photography to décor and more, really complimented the loving relationship Rachel and Michael share that everyone witnessed that day.

Fall Is Just Around The Corner!

With summer sadly coming to an end, we get to cheer up again with the thoughts of a beautiful fall wedding complete with all the radiant colours and whimsical sights and smells that encompass this magical season. To really capture it's beauty, here are some ideas and tips on how to mesh the wonderful traditions of a wedding with the sensational season of fall.

Photos
With fall weddings it’s important to capture the beauty of nature, so having your photographer take pictures of the bouquets and leaves will make for beautiful pictures.

Fall is a cozy season, so why not embrace the moment and cuddle up next to your love with a blanket? Take a look at this adorable shot!

Décor
Hues of deep purples and burgundy are beautiful, but make them pop with light colours to compliment them. A beautiful white pumpkin with gorgeous florals arranged on top will grab your guests’ attention as an elegant centrepiece.

Dress style
Even if it’s not cold outside just yet, a long sleeve dress always captures attention. It looks elegant and reflects the feeling of fall all at once.

Favours
In keeping with the warm and cozy feeling of fall, giving your guests party favours that reflect the season, such as family recipes or comfort items are always a hit. Check out these cute jars filled with apple cinnamon jam and apple cider mix!
